The name, "Frank Sellins" appears on the Freedman's Bureau Records for St. Rosalie Plantation in 1867. It describes a Frank with two dependents. $15 per month for rolling / $1.00 per day and 50 cents per watch (?) also two suits of clothes . No age or other information provided. However, on the same document, there is a "John Sellens", no dependents, $12 per month for rolling / $1.00  per day (?) and 50 cents per watch (?) also two suits of clothes; in the 1870 Census, there is a Frank Sully and a John Sully, further corroborating an alternative last name spelling for both Frank and John Sully/Sellins.
