Rosannah was listed in the Freedmen's Bureau Records Registers as 65 years ol d, class of laborer for wage, fourth for $3.00/month. The register lists her former [enslaver] as "A. Dumford", former place St. Rosalie Plantation, present employer, T.W. Dumford, and present parish, Plaquemines.

Baptism Records from the plantation of A. Durnford lists Rosannah as the mother of Louis, Charles, Marie Ann, all Baptized 8/29/1843, ages 2, 17, 9, respectively.

The godmother of Louis was listed as Florence, godfatherh Zoion
